After processing your order, you will shortly receive an automated e-mail containing the shipping and tracking information. If you already have an account on our site, you can find your tracking information in your order history by logging in.
We're not able to ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays, so if you order on U.S. Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on the following business days, which would be earlier on Monday.

If you want to edit or cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse team, we will be unable to make any changes. But if not, we'll do our best to help you.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. ALL INTIMATES, BOTTOMS WITHOUT HYGIENE STICKER, AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS (EXCEPT CART DISCOUNTS) ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Return item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition. Package return items with original tags & hygienic liner attached. We do not accept the return if items have deodorant/sweat stains, makeup mark or smell of perfume. Any return that does not meet our return policy requirements will be sent back to the customer. To complete your return, please send an email to email@example.com and share your returns package's tracking number with us. All returns must be shipped to our P.O. box by USPS code.
To make a return, please fill the return&exchange form here. You will receive an automated e-mail which contains the P.O. box address you need to ship your return package. You can drop off your return package at your local USPS location. Please note that we will not be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returns.
When you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment to prevent any losses.
Once we inspect your return, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please give us 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
If it is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, it may take 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account. If original payment model is unavailable, we will issue a store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns&Exchanges may only be made once.
