We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your order is fulfilled to request a return.
To start your return fill out the Return&Exchange form. After your return is accepted, you will receive an automated e-mail that contains the address you need to ship your return package. You can drop off your return package at your local DHL location (or another courier, if you prefer). Please note that we will not be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returns. All the packages that were sent without creating a return request, won't be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Please, send an email with the return tracking number and courier name to help@iamnotbasic.com, so we can track your return and make a refund in time. We are not responsible for the lost packages and we will not be able to make a refund.
ALL INTIMATES, BOTTOMS WITHOUT HYGIENE STICKERS, AND ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. GIFT CARDS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Return item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition. Package return items with original tags & hygienic liner attached. We do not accept returns if items have deodorant/sweat stains, makeup marks, pet hair, body odor or smell of perfume. Any return that does not meet our return policy requirements will be sent back to the customer. You can always contact us for any return questions at help@iamnotbasic.com.
DAMAGED OR LOST
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If such issues are not reported within 2 days of delivery, no refund can be guaranteed. If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you report this to us within 2 days of the scheduled delivery, otherwise no refund can be guaranteed.
Once we inspect your return, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please give us 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
If it is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, it may take 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account. We will issue a store credit if the original payment model is unavailable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the package was made available for collection but was not retrieved, we are unable to refund the shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges may only be made once.
We do not offer any price adjustments for discounted products. Gift cards are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at help@iamnotbasic.com.
